Jim is recognized as a leader in the payments industry with hundreds of completed transactions and consulting projects for MAPP clients. Prior to starting MAPP, Jim founded and successfully exited two companies and has been recognized multiple times on the Inc 500 list.

Alexander is a seasoned fintech and payments executive. Before joining MAPP, he founded and sold businesses in the ecommerce, lending, and payments industries. Alexander has an MBA from The Wharton School and B.S. in Economics from Northwestern University.

Anthony is a payments operations and compliance expert. Prior to joining MAPP, he held senior positions at several of the top merchant acquirers and integrated payments groups. Anthony is a Certified Payments Professional (CPP) and leads MAPP’s Portfolio Optimization division.

Gretchen is a proven sales and business leader in merchant acquiring and integrated payments. Before MAPP, she served as the SVP of Payfac and ISO Partnerships at FIS, overseeing growth of the channel. Gretchen provides strategic advisory across the payments ecosystem.

Aleksandra is a fintech and banking strategist with over 20 years of experience. Prior to MAPP, she held senior roles at Cross River Bank, American Express, and Pathward. Aleksandra advises platforms, payment companies, and banks on go-to-market and embedded finance models.

Danny is a Vice President on the MAPP team. Before MAPP, he worked for the Software & Services team at Macquarie Group. Danny graduated from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a B.S. in Economics.

Aimee is a fintech marketing professional. She manages client communications and marketing strategies for the firm and select clients. Aimee hosts industry events and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Merchant Acquirers’ Committee (MAC).

Niki is a Senior Associate on the MAPP team. Before joining MAPP, she served as Director of Finance at Honeylove and previously worked on the Financial Sponsors team at UBS. Niki received her MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and holds a B.S. in Finance from The Ohio State University.

Kirstyn is an Analyst on the MAPP team. Before MAPP, she worked for Bravaldo Capital Advisors, working on a variety of transaction and advisory services for lower middle market companies. Kirstyn received both her MS and BS in Finance from Florida State University.

Mohamad is a Senior Data Analyst at MAPP. Before MAPP, he worked for NMI (formerly IRIS CRM) as a data analyst and residual specialist. Mohamad graduated from Queens College, where he received B.A. in Economics and minor in Computer Science.

Jack is an Analyst on the MAPP team. Before MAPP, he worked at Citizens JMP Securities, focused on sell-side M&A advisory services for lower middle-market and middle-market companies. Jack received his BS in Finance from Florida State University.
